Professional performing musicians and a LEAD choir are contributing to work with, in the conducting workshop forms during the weekends.

LEAD is working together closely with Music Conservatoires/Academies in an international context. The Dutch Province of Drenthe was supporting LEAD Conductors in the start phase, now it’s supporting the cooperation between Symphony Orchestra VKSO and LEAD. Since 2017 LEAD Conductors and the Netherlands Choir Festival are preparing a strategic partnership.
