Work forms

The Lead Conductors Weekend Program offers the following work forms:

1. Masterclasses in leadership through conducting. Plenary lecture classes and group workshops by (guest)teachers in their specialism.
2. Intervision in reflective plenary and group forms.
3. Supervision and mentoring on demand by the Artistic Board members throughout the year in the conducting practice of participants.
4. Coaching in individual sessions.

After each weekend the participants receive a written observation and feedback report, in relation to an individual development plan.
